Director of Finance & Human Resources
Robin partners with the president and vice president/COO in strategic decision making and operations. She leads annual budgeting and planning processes; administers and reviews all financial plans and budgets; monitors progress and changes and keeps the senior leadership team abreast of Activate’s financial status. Robin oversees the organization’s business license, certifications, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow and forecasting. She also implements a robust contracts management and financial management/reporting system. In addition, Robin is the human resources contact for Activate. She handles both the health insurance and retirement plan benefits. Prior to joining Activate, Robin worked in the financial services industry for nearly ten years. During that time, she supported financial advisors as a retirement plan specialist and later as a mutual fund product consultant. Robin has a B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood University.
