Taylor Elop, MPP

Research Scientist

Taylor Elop is a Research Scientist at Activate Research. She assists with the technical review process for the Department of Education. Taylor is a graduate of The George Washington University, where she earned her Master of Public Policy degree. She also possesses a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining the Activate team, Taylor served as a graduate teaching assistant at GWU for a Research Methods and Applied Statistics course.
